Our Story
Founded in 2016, Digitálna Pomoc started with a simple idea: to close the technology gap for Bratislava businesses with honest, reliable IT support that speaks their language. Our founder, Ing. Peter Horváth, noticed many Slovak businesses struggled with tech not because they couldn't handle it, but due to communication hurdles and impersonal service.
Starting with just two techs in a small office near Hlavné námestie, we've grown into Bratislava's most trusted IT support company, serving over 150 businesses across all districts. Our secret? We treat every client like a neighbor—because in our community, that's exactly what they are.
